Superintendent's Message

Welcome to the Edgerton Local School District web pages. We are pleased that you have chosen to visit us.

The staff is looking forward to an exciting 2016/2017 school year. The district will be faced with many educational challenges each school year including online student assessments impacting a great deal of our entire student body.  With increased mandates by the state, this will require additional hard work from both the staff and students this upcoming school year.  We should expect nothing less but to accept all challenges for the future success of all our students here at Edgerton.

We offer many educational options for our students ranging from vocational education to AP classes for college bound students.

The first day of school is Wednesday, August 17!

The class of 2017 will begin their last year of public education here at Edgerton.  They are a fine group of seniors.  May this senior year be a special one for them all. Graduation is scheduled for Sunday, May 28  and the last day of school for students is scheduled for Thursday, May 25.

The community of Edgerton has always supported their Bulldogs in the classroom and on the athletic field of competition, and we look forward to another great year of support.  Go Bulldogs!

If you would like more information on the district please feel free to contact me at 419 298 2112 or at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Thank you for your interest in Edgerton Local Schools.
