Special music by the Grade K-12 Music Department

Honored guest speaker will be Colonel (COL) Kevin Bigenho.  He began his military career in 1986 when he enlisted in the Ohio Army National Guard as a 51K, Army plumber, and attended basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.  He served as an enlisted soldier until 1994, earning his commission as a Second Lieutenant as an Engineer Officer through Officer Candidate School.  COL Bigenho has been the recipient of many awards and decorations during his time in service, including the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, Iraqi Campaign and Inherent Resolve Campaign Medals, and a Valorous Unit Citation.

COL Bigenho currently serves as the Officer in Charge of Detachment 4 of the 2nd Brigade 86th Training Division in the United States Army Reserve.  He recently retired as a Detective with the Toledo Police Department with 30 years of service.  He will retire from the Army in the coming months with over 37 years of service. COL Bigenho resides near Grand Rapids, Ohio with his wife, Sarah.  They have two grown children, Colin and Catherine.
