We would like to Welcome You and Thank You for checking in with Edgerton Elementary as we begin our 2020-2021 school year. The Edgerton School District serves approximately 300 Elementary students and their families. Our mission here is to “Instill Excellence into our students by developing Leaders prepared to Serve in a global community”. Edgerton Elementary School is a wonderful place where students of all backgrounds can achieve academic success, get involved with many activities, work hard and enjoy each day to the fullest.
Our students are so blessed to have such an amazing group of educators and support staff here. These awesome and dedicated staff members will work hard each day to provide our students with the best possible educational experience that they can receive. It will be important for our students to work hard and give great effort within the classroom. We will continue with the “Leader In Me” program this year where our students will have the opportunity to grow within their leadership abilities and hopefully go out and impact their school, home and community. I would like to please encourage you to make sure that you play an active role in your child’s education throughout the year. True success and growth occur when the home and school life work hand in hand with one another. I am confident that our students and staff will work hard each day to represent this wonderful Bulldog community with great pride.
Speaking of the Bulldog community, one of the first items that I believe is very noticeable to anyone outside of the Edgerton School District, is the tremendous amount of support the Edgerton students receive from their community. I would like to encourage you to please look for opportunities to get involved within the Edgerton Local School District. For example, please consider playing a role in our awesome Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO). These individuals work so hard to provide our young students with great opportunities and I assure you that your help would be greatly appreciated. In addition, opportunities for parent involvement can also include attending school sponsored events such as Open House, Parent/Teacher conferences, concerts, plays or sporting events. Please also make sure to play an active role in your child’s education throughout the year. We would love to see you heavily involved within our great community and our kids will benefit tremendously from your involvement.
It is our goal that we provide each student with the best
possible education that they can receive. We tremendously appreciate the
support that our entire staff and student body receive from this great
community. To the families, community members and businesses throughout the
district, we are extremely grateful for your support and help along the way.
Please feel free to contact me at the Edgerton Elementary building with any
questions, concerns or suggestions. We would love to help you in any way that
Yours in Education,
