State Testing Score Report Information

Performance Level Descriptors (PLD)

To find out more information about the five Performance Levels for each test, see the Performance Level Descriptors (PLD) page of the State Testing Website.

General Information

To view your child's state test scores, you will need to access PowerSchool from a web browser (Chrome, Safari, etc). Look for "assessment" in the left side menu. The PowerSchool app will not show you this information.

Below you will find information about how to read your child's score report. Select the season (Fall/Spring) and test grade to see more information.

Detailed paper score reports from the State of Ohio will be available at Open House in August 2025.
